- Consumer Agreement
- I agree to have my credit card charged the listed deposit amount per night for the cottage I have selected. My balance including all tax and fees such as pet fees, holiday fees will be automatically charged 30 days prior to my arrival date. If I am making a deposit within 30 days of my projected arrival date, my full balance will be charged at this time based on the rates and fees from the Cranmore Cottages website. A vacation rental agreement will be emailed within 24 hours for signature which I will fax or mail back. By submitting my reservation online, I agree to all terms of renting listed on the Cranmore Cottages website. ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $100 FEE. IN ADDITION, CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL FORFEIT ALL MONEY PAID. For a nominal fee you can acquire trip insurance at www.insuremytrip.com. If you do not receive a Cranmore Cottages Vacation Rental Agreement within 24 hours, your reservation has not been confirmed. Please call 888-868-1779. Also, if we do not receive the signed rental agreement prior to arrival, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
